Day Treatment Clinician – Wakefield, MA

 

MSW, LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT encouraged to apply!

 

We are looking for a candidate that meets the following requirements:

  • Master's Degree in mental health field required (Degree and experience must be in compliance with current program needs to meet Medicaid and Department of Public Health CORE staffing requirements)
  • Minimum of two years related experience required (including graduate school internships)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills 
  • Basic computer fluency, including Microsoft Office

 

Schedule: Full Time; 40 hours per week; Currently, the position is part remote, part in-person, as the day treatment groups are currently being facilitated in a hybrid model.

 

Rate: $22.10 per hour for Unlicensed$23.70 per hour for LICSW/LMHC

Riverside currently has a great full-time opportunity for a master's level Clinician to join our collaborative and multi-disciplinary team.

 

Psychiatric Day Treatment is a group program which provides a variety of processing, task, expressive, skill building and psychoeducational groups throughout the week. With a focus on mental health recovery and empowerment, this position provides the opportunity to research, develop and lead groups. We collaborate within the organization and externally with other agencies. We have a dynamic team that is motivating, supportive and creates inspiring teachable skill-based groups for clients to manage daily mental health symptoms. Our goal is to transition clients to being part of their meaningful community. 

 

In this vital role, the Day Treatment Clinician:

  • Facilitating therapeutic groups including psychoeducation, skill building, processing and task-based groups
  • Completes intake assessments following program’s intake protocols and completes full clinical assessments in collaboration with treatment team

  • Functions as a primary clinical coordinator within the program for assigned caseload including responsibility for all treatment planning, case coordination and documentation
  • Collaborate with individual consumers and the treatment team, develops and implements treatment and discharge plans for assigned consumers
  • Completes all required clinical documentation according to program protocols in a timely manner
  • Using computer and/or manually as required, completes all administrative tasks and documentation necessary to support program and agency functioning
