Excellent opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as a Direct Care Coordinator!

 

The Direct Care Coordinator (DCC) works directly with high-risk families or individuals providing face to face outreach, therapeutic services and facilitating access to other services. The DCC collaborates with the Cambridge, Arlington and Belmont High Risk Assessment and Response Team (CAB HART). 

 

 

The position includes working with a variety of partners, including service providers, law enforcement, and probation and parole officers from Cambridge, Arlington, and Belmont as well as Riverside Staff in other programs. Works with cultural humility and provides culturally appropriate services for program participants.

Required Skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Master’s degree in social work or related field 
  • Must have experience in the areas of domestic violence and trauma
