Office Manager - Emergency Services in Norwood & Milford

 

 

Exciting opportunity to join our growing and highly regarded organization as an Office Manager in our Emergency Services programs! This position will require time in Norwood and Milford.

 

The Office Manager will assist the Program Director in managing all administrative support functions of the Emergency Services Program, including billing, insurance procedures, record keeping, computerization of clinical services, payroll tracking, data management, and purchasing. The Office Manager will also arrange the psychiatric coverage schedule for the Emergency Services teams and will function as the liaison to the Administrative Offices in Dedham for third party, contract billing, and payroll.

 

In addition, the Office Manager will also:

  • Train and supervise support and staff and all Emergency Services Program staff in performing administrative support functions consistent with all policies and procedures
  • Assist staff around Information Technology issues and in learning using computer programs such as Evolv, Outlook, and other databases
  • Assist Clinicians and Supervisors with triage, answering phones, and insurance questions
  • Control inventory and distribution of cell phones, navigation devices, and laptops

 

Schedule: 40 hour; Full Time

 

Pay: $55,000 annual salary

Required Skills
  • At least 3 years of experience in administrative support required
  • At least 1 year supervisory experience required
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required. 
  • Basic computer fluency, including Microsoft Office, required
  • Valid driver's license and regular access to a reliable vehicle required

Required Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Medical billing experience is strongly preferred
