Outpatient Clinician - Brief Treatment Therapy

 

 

Great opportunity to join our collegial outpatient teams while working as part of a larger organization that is a leader for innovative change within the mental health care industry. This position is a part of a new initiative for clinicians who are passionate to learn and implement brief treatment therapy. This opportunity also allows to directly assist with the development of a new program and provide clinical assessment for those who need brief treatment therapy.

 

Primary responsibilities for the Brief Treatment Clinician include:

  • Providing direct clinical assessment and intervention for people who need brief treatment.
  • Collaborating with the treatment team and other providers to establish treatment plans and disposition during treatment, or as part of discharge and transition planning.
  • Performing periodic reviews of treatment plans.
  • Providing consultation and education to families.
  • Provide direct therapeutic intervention to all persons served needing brief treatment.
  • Act as a member of the Rapid Access Team to assist in the development of Brief Treatment.

 

Schedule: This is a full-time, remote hybrid position with an expectation to conduct both in-person sessions/on-site services and TeleHealth services.

Required Skills
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • Must have excellent communication, clinical, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with dual diagnosis preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer fluency (including Microsoft Office) required.
  • Must be willing to work at least one evening or Saturday per week.

Required Experience
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling required.
  • Independent licensure (LICSW, LMHC) required, LICSW preferred.
