Registered Nurse (RN)
Riverside Community Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our community-based Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) program based in Dedham and serving the surrounding area.
PACT provides individuals referred by the Department of Mental Health or MBHP with access to community based rehabilitation, clinical treatment, employment, housing, wellness and peer services, with ancillary supports that will be coordinated in partnership with the individual. Services are designed to be flexible based on the needs of the persons served, and to promote resiliency and recovery for all participants. PACT is a 24/7 program and services are provided 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
Nurses will work with PACT staff and people receiving services to provide assessment, direct service, education and skills training, consultation and service coordination in the areas of medications, physical health maintenance, and wellness. Nurses will assist with response to urgent medical issues and will monitor and direct the program’s compliance with all applicable regulations and policies related to health care and medication management.
Schedule: Generally Monday- Friday 8:00A-4:00P or 9:00A-5:00P with occasional evening or weekends available based upon the needs of the those the program supports.
